This issue was resolved on October 12 at approximately 7:45 PM EDT (23:45 UTC). Gas funding for Relay’s Abstract solver was restored, and pending transactions to Abstract were then processed. Requests that could no longer be filled were automatically refunded. Abstract has been operating normally since then.
